173 يَنْبَغي أنْ تَكُونَ أفْعالُ الرَّجُلِ أحْسَنَ مِنْ أقْوالِهِ ولاتَكُونَ أقْوالُهُ أحْسَنَ مِنْ أفْعالِهِ.
