38 ألا لايَعدِلَنَّ أحَدُكُمْ عَنِ القَرابَةِ، يَرى بِهَا الخَصاصَةَ أنْ يَسُدَّها بِالَّذي لايَزيدُهُ إنّ أمْسَكَهُ ولايَنْقُصُهُ إنْ أنْفَقَهُ.
