22 أنَا مَعَ رَسُولِ اللّهِ صَلَواتُ اللّهِ عَلَيْهِ ومَعي عِتْرَتي عَلَى الحَوْضِ (فَلْيَأْخُذْ آخِذُكُمْ بِقَولِنا، ولْيَعْمَلْ بِعَمَلِنا، إنّا لَنُنافِسُ عَلَى الحَوْضِ) وإنّا لَنَذُودُ عَنْهُ أعْدائَنا، ونَسْقي مِنْهُ أوْلِياءَنا، فَمَنْ شَرِبَ مِنْهُ شَرْبَةً، لَمْ يَظْمَأْ بَعْدَها أبَداً.
