163. This world is only [a place of] varying circumstances, changing situations and marked targets.

163 إنَّما الدُّنْيا أحوالٌ مُخْتَلِفَةٌ، وتاراتٌ مُتَصَرِّفَةٌ، وأغْراضٌ مُسْتَهْدِفَةٌ.
