13 إنَّ العَدْلَ ميزانُ اللّهِ سُبْحانَهُ الَّذي وَضَعَهُ فِي الخَلْقِ، ونَصَبَهُ لإقامَةِ الحَقِّ، فَلا تُخالِفْهُ في ميزانِهِ، ولاتُعارِضْهُ في سُلْطانِهِ.
